Public Picnic Area Rules
General Use
- First Come, First Served (Unless Reserved) – If the area is not reserved online, it is available for public use with paid fees.
- Reservations Take Precedence – If the picnic area is reserved online, that time is exclusive, and all other activities must yield.
- Check the Schedule – Verify availability and book reservations online before use.
- Respect Reserved Time Slots – Do not occupy or interfere with the picnic area during a reserved session unless given permission.
- Limit Noise Levels – Be mindful of other visitors; excessive noise, loud music, or disruptive behavior is not allowed.
Cleanliness & Maintenance
- Pack It In, Pack It Out – Dispose of all trash in designated bins or take it with you.
- No Littering – Keep the picnic area clean for the next guests; food scraps and trash must be removed.
- Use BBQ Grills Responsibly – Only use designated grills or fire pits, and fully extinguish fires before leaving.
- No Open Fires – Fire pits or grills may be restricted during fire bans; check local regulations before use.
- Leave It As You Found It – Return tables, chairs, or other movable items to their original locations.
Safety & Courtesy
- No Smoking or Alcohol – Smoking and alcohol consumption are strictly prohibited.
- Pets Must Be Leashed – Owners must clean up after their pets.
- No Vandalism – Damaging picnic tables, benches, restrooms, or other facilities is strictly prohibited.
- Children Must Be Supervised – Parents/guardians are responsible for their children’s safety.
- Report Damage – Notify management of any broken equipment, hazards, or maintenance needs.
Failure to follow these rules may result in loss of access to the picnic area.
