Public Picnic Area Rules

General Use

  1. First Come, First Served (Unless Reserved) – If the area is not reserved online, it is available for public use with paid fees.
  2. Reservations Take Precedence – If the picnic area is reserved online, that time is exclusive, and all other activities must yield.
  3. Check the Schedule – Verify availability and book reservations online before use.
  4. Respect Reserved Time Slots – Do not occupy or interfere with the picnic area during a reserved session unless given permission.
  5. Limit Noise Levels – Be mindful of other visitors; excessive noise, loud music, or disruptive behavior is not allowed.

Cleanliness & Maintenance

  1. Pack It In, Pack It Out – Dispose of all trash in designated bins or take it with you.
  2. No Littering – Keep the picnic area clean for the next guests; food scraps and trash must be removed.
  3. Use BBQ Grills Responsibly – Only use designated grills or fire pits, and fully extinguish fires before leaving.
  4. No Open Fires – Fire pits or grills may be restricted during fire bans; check local regulations before use.
  5. Leave It As You Found It – Return tables, chairs, or other movable items to their original locations.

Safety & Courtesy

  1. No Smoking or Alcohol – Smoking and alcohol consumption are strictly prohibited.
  2. Pets Must Be Leashed – Owners must clean up after their pets.
  3. No Vandalism – Damaging picnic tables, benches, restrooms, or other facilities is strictly prohibited.
  4. Children Must Be Supervised – Parents/guardians are responsible for their children’s safety.
  5. Report Damage – Notify management of any broken equipment, hazards, or maintenance needs.

Failure to follow these rules may result in loss of access to the picnic area.
